How VoIP Direct Works
- VoIP Direct is a direct, private-line connection between your premises and our proprietary network
- When you order VoIP Direct from us, we will provide you a detailed, customized quote
- If you accept the quote our VoIP Direct Support Team will provision, configure, and deliver an Integrated Access Device (IAD) for installation at your premises
- Our VoIP Direct guarantees Quality of Service (QoS) to the ports on the IAD on your premise

Voipia’s VoIP Direct Service Level Agreement specifies standards for uptime, maximum turnaround times in the event of service disruption, support and maintenance standards, and escalation procedures.
* VoIP Direct pricing provided on a per quote by geographical service area basis due to varying cost of local loop facilities
* Minimum of 8 hosted VoIP seats without incurring additional set-up fee

(Orders of 6 or 7 hosted VoIP seats accepted with additional one-time $199 set-up fee)
* Quote effective for 20 days from date of submission
* All pricing is based on a 24-month term agreement
* VoIP Direct Service is only available in the following areas:
